A crew of nine that treats a listing date like a deadline
Curbside Painting Co. paints houses that are about to be sold. We keep the crew small, the scope short and the calendar honest.
Our work is the stretch between 'we are listing' and 'the photographer is coming'. That stretch is short, and the house is usually empty or half packed, so we bring our own drop cloths, cover everything and clean as we go.

Leave it clean
Masking off, floors vacuumed, nothing for the stager to wipe.
Be gone by photo day
Nobody from the crew is in the house when the photographer arrives.
