Interior painting
Three neutrals, one choice, every wall the same
Buyers see rooms, not colors. We bring three neutrals to the walk-through and choose one with you, so the photos read as one calm house.
Walls and trim in a sheen that photographs well

The three cards
What the neutrals look like in a room

Warm white
Soft and bright. Works with wood floors and older trim.

Greige
A gray with warmth. Hides scuffs and suits most furniture.

Soft gray
Cooler and crisp. Good with white trim and bright kitchens.
Before the paint
The prep that shows in photos
Patch and sand
Nail holes, dings and cracks, filled and smoothed.
Caulk the lines
Trim and baseboard gaps sealed so edges look sharp.
Cover everything
Floors, furniture and fixtures covered before we open a can.
Tape and cut
Clean lines at ceilings, trim and doors.
Interior questions
Can you paint with furniture still in the house?
Yes. We move furniture to the middle of the room and cover it. An empty house is faster and costs less to prepare, so tell us which you have.
How are the colors chosen?
We bring three neutrals to the walk-through and choose one with you, or one for the walls and one for the trim. The goal is the buyers' taste, not a bold statement.
What if you find repairs?
Small patches and caulking are in the price. Soft wood, water stains and anything bigger are quoted before we touch them, so the price you sign is the price you pay.
Do you do carpentry, cabinets or floors?
No. We paint, patch and caulk. If a rotten board or a loose rail turns up, we tell you so you can bring in a carpenter before we paint.
