Package questions

What does the written price include?

The rooms and surfaces, repairs, coats, products and sheens, number of colors, clean-up, the schedule, the deposit and the balance. Anything not written on it is not in the price.

What if you find repairs?

Small patches and caulking are in the price. Soft wood, water stains and anything bigger are quoted before we touch them, so the price you sign is the price you pay.

How are the colors chosen?

We bring three neutrals to the walk-through and choose one with you, or one for the walls and one for the trim. The goal is the buyers' taste, not a bold statement.

Which paint do you use?

Premium interior and exterior paint in a sheen that photographs well. Ask for the product data sheet and we send it with the written price.

How and when do I pay?

A deposit holds the dates and the balance is due when you sign off the punch list. The invoice goes to the seller, with a copy to the agent if the seller says yes.
